TASKS

  • You are responsible for the independent implementation of payroll accounting at the location
  • you are the local contact for authorities, health insurance companies and social security organisations
  • as a contact person, you are available to employees (m/f/d) for all questions relating to payroll tax and social security law
  • You are an active part of digitalisation projects and process optimisations in the HR area, also beyond the site boundaries
  • you will handle administrative processing in the HR department in a structured and independent manner

THIS IS YOUR
PROFILE

  • degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally 
    with relevant further training
  • SAP, MS Office and working with 
    digital media are no challenge for you
  • several years of professional experience in 
    In the area of payroll accounting and 
    personnel processing
  • you work carefully, show initiative and team spirit as a matter of course
